In particular, in Binh Duong province, the company won the bid for the Glory Oceanic Wooden Furniture Factory Project with 30 hectares area with a total investment of nearly 10 million USD at that time. It is invested by a foreign enterprise.<\/p>\n With its contributions, Tan Phuoc Thinh Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the noble awards from the Party, State, Ministries, Departments and Localities such as: Third class Labor Medal for Mr. Pham Van Triem personally and groups; Emulation flag of the Prime Minister in 2021; Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for achievements at work from 2017 – 2021; 2 gold medals for High Quality Construction Industry awarded by the Ministry of Construction, etc. and many certificates of satisfactory progress, certificates of merit, and other certificates.<\/p>\n During the period 2018 – 2022, the company constructed 2 large and important packages under the Long Son Petrochemical Complex Project, Vung Tau City through international bidding. At that time, Tan Phuoc Thinh was one of the first EPC general contractors in Vietnam to sign directly with the investor.<\/p>\n Mr. Nisit Jintawong, Project Director of Long Son Petrochemical Company Limited. said that:\u00a0 \u201cCompleting the bidding packages on schedule, ensuring the most rigorous international standards in the COVID-19 outbreak has proven Tan Phuoc Thinh’s bravery, qualifications and capacity. They could overcome difficulties to implement construction and\u00a0 major projects”.<\/p>\n In each periods, Tan Phuoc Thinh left its mark on projects such as: Provincial Museum Project; Construction clusters A1, C1 belong to the project of Provincial Administrative – Political Center Block, 5 stars Melia Ho Tram International Beach Resort, Provincial State Treasury, Culture \u2013 Information – Sports Center of Chau Duc District, the social housing area with 12 floors in Vung Tau City, Provincial Martyrs Cemetery and a series of schools, etc.<\/p>\n Among the above projects, Projects A1 and C1 belong to Administrative – Political Center of BR-VT province, which were awarded 2 gold medals for High Quality in the construction industry by the Ministry of Construction in 2010.<\/p>\n In addition to construction, Tan Phuoc Thinh also invests in a number of fields such as: An Ngai Industrial Complex Project (Long Dien district); tennis courts project in Vung Tau City, eyc. Currently, Tan Phuoc Thinh and partners are carrying out investment procedures for the Go Gang Housing Area project in Ward 12, Vung Tau City. It is expected that from now until 2026, Tan Phuoc Thinh will also invest, complete and put into operation the housing area on Cay Khe River with a scale of 7.8 hectares. It is right at the gateway of Vung Tau City.<\/p>\n During the operation, Tan Phuoc Thinh was evaluated as a typical enterprise in social security work.
