In order to take care for the spiritual well-being of employees, create conditions for them to rest and recharge after a period of succesful work, and simultaneously strengthen the bond among members of the Tan Phuoc Thinh family, so from June 4th to June 7th, 2026, Tan Phuoc Thinh Investment and Construction JSC. organized a sightseeing and relaxation program in Da Lat city for all employees and workers.<\/p>\n

The group left the corporate headquarters early on June 4th. On the journey head to Da Lat, the group made a stop at Tam Chau Farm in Bao Loc, where staff members could immersed themselves in the lush green natural environment, learnt about the cultivation and processing of tea, experienced tea picking, visited the Oolong and Matcha tea production factory, and t\u00f4k in the distinctive aspects of Vietnamese tea culture.<\/p>\n

Over the following days, the group visited many famous landmarks in Da Lat city such as Lam Vien Square, Da Lat Train Station, Linh Phuoc Pagoda, Pink Valley, and Langbiang Land. The variety of experiencing activities brought joyful, relaxing moments and many treasured memories for the employees after stressful working days.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the program was the Teambuilding activity at Langbiang Land, in with every employee enthusiastically participated. Through extremely collaborative team games such as \u201cThe Thousand Mile Shoes,\u201d \u201cWorking Together,\u201d \u201cOvercoming Challenges Together,\u201d and \u201cBreaking the Goal,\u201d the members showed their unity, smooth coordination, and determination to overcome challenges. The program not only created a lively atmosphere but also helped establish a unified, competent, and long-lasting company culture.<\/p>\n
