On the afternoon of November 28th, 2023, at the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Newspaper Hall, Mr. Pham Van Triem – Chairman of the Board of Tan Phuoc Thinh Construction and Investment JSC. participated in the gratitude ceremony of golden heart fund.

At the ceremony, Mr. Truong Duc Nghia – Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Newspaper said that in order to introduce difficult circumstances and call the help from the community, on May 9th, 2019, Editor-in-Chief Ba Ria – Vung Tau Newspaper signed a decision to promulgate regulations on mobilization, management and using of the “Golden Heart Fund” of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Newspaper and launched the category “Love Connection” published periodically every thursday on Ba Ria – Vung Tau Newspaper. After nearly 5 years of implementation, thousands of difficult and unfortunate situations have been connected, helped and their lives changed.
