On the morning of September 10th, 2024, Tan Phuoc Thinh Construction and Investment JSC. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Office Building Project invested by PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC). The project is located within the PTSC downstream port area at 65A, 30/4 Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City. It is anticipated that the project will provide PTSC with a contemporary and professional workspace to support its operations and management endeavors.
The project office building consists of one basement, six floors, and one attic, with a construction area of 1,115m² and a total floor area of 7,271.5m². The project not only designs modern but also maximizes workspace effectiveness, greatly enhancing PTSC’s management and operational capabilities.
The project officially started on September 10th, 2024, and is intended to be completed by the end of September 2025. Tan Phuoc Thinh Company is dedicated to delivering the project on schedule, preserving the building’s quality, and guaranteeing safety over the 12-month construction terms.
The groundbreaking ceremony also marks a significant milestone in Tan Phuoc Thinh and PTSC’s collaboration. It is hoped that this partnership will expand and further maintain through subsequent projects in the future.
