On the morning of January 4th, 2025. The program was organized in coordination with the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education and partner units such as PTSC Offshore Services Company and Repco Nex Vietnam Company Limited.

With the target of supporting students in overcoming obstacles, this year’s program has awarded 20 scholarships totaling 200 million VND. University students receive scholarships worth 15 million VND/year, renewable for 4 years of study, while college students receive scholarships worth 5 million VND annually, renewable for 2 years of study. In particular, students from Long Son island commune and those with difficult circumstances are given priority for consideration.
