On September 11th and 12th, 2026, Mr. Pham Van Triem – Chairman of Tan Phuoc Thinh Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company attended two programs such as “Lighting Up Dreams” in Quang Ngai. With total sponsorship funding of 56 million VND, the company supported disadvantaged students in continuing their education and nurturing their aspirations to build a successful future and career.
On September 11th, Mr. Pham Van Triem attended the “Lighting Up Dreams – Nurturing Aspirations for a Successful Future and Career” event, part of the scholarship program of Mr. Nguyen The Ky. At the event, Tan Phuoc Thinh Construction and Investment JSC. provided 20 million VND in scholarships to help these students attend school.

Awarding “Lighting Up Dreams” scholarships on September 12th, 2026
Continuing these efforts, on September 12th, he attended the 12th “Lighting Up Dreams for Quang Ngai Youth and Children” program. Beside with his company, he awarded scholarships to four disadvantaged students in the province, providing financial support of 1 million VND per student per month for a period of nine months. The total funding amounted to 36 million VND, equivalent to 9 million VND per student.

In addition to the aforementioned scholarships, the company is also sponsoring Mr. Nguyen Tan Sang – a student with a disability currently in his third year at the Faculty of Information Technology, Pham Van Dong University. Through a monthly stipend of 2 million VND provided until his graduation, the company aims to alleviate his financial burden, allowing him to focus on his studies and prepare for his future career.
This regular monthly support provides students with the means to continue their education. It also serves as a source of encouragement, empowering them to confidently develop their abilities and take steps toward realizing their goals.
