On the morning of March 7th, 2025, Tan Phuoc Thinh Construction and Investment JSC. Trade Union organized a ceremony with flowers and gifts to express gratitude for the great contributions of female employees on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8th) in the bustling and warm atmosphere.

At the ceremony, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Company’s Trade Union sent their best wishes to female staffs. They were also recognizing and praising the important contributions of the female workforce to the development of the enterprise.

Fresh flower bouquets  and meaningful gifts were handed to women, showing the company managers caring and respect for the female workforce. In addition, this activity also contributes to increasing connectivity, encouraging the working spirit of female employees, creating motivation for them to contribute to their work.

The flower and gift giving program on International Women’s Day is one of the meaningful activities that  Trade Union regularly organizes. This activity  contributes and creates a united and humane working environment.
